Homeopathy is a gentle and holistic system of medicine, suitable for everyone from birth into old age. The focus is on you as an individual and the aim of homeopathy is to help your body's ability to heal itself.
I came to study homeopathy after experiencing its benefits during pregnancy. As a practising professional musician I have a special interest in stress and performance related problems. We are all performers in some sense, often life throws us a challenging situation when we least expect it. The way our bodies deal with stress gives me as a homeopath critical information with which to begin working towards positive healthy changes.
My Hertfordshire practice has focused on many areas. Patients diagnosed with childhood eczema, asthma, anorexia, glue ear and youngsters with behavioural problems have recently been under my care. I have a particular interest in pregnancy and childbirth, depression, migraine, and digestive problems, and I have experience treating patients who are on multiple medications.
